A few years ago, we took a boat to a sand bar in the South Pacific off the coast of Fiji, where we were the only two people surrounded by nothing but miles of blue water. We named the sand bar "Snytenza Island" and dreamed about getting married someday on an island just like that one, surrounded by family and friends.
After Hurricane Irma wiped out our hopes for a Summer 2018 Caribbean wedding, we decided not to drag anyone out to the middle of the ocean to get married. Instead, we honeymooned in Africa, eloped to Seychelles THEN brought the island spirit to Scottsdale for a wedding celebration with our closest family and friends in November 2019.
It's now a year later, and the pandemic has prevented us from reuniting with many of you. While we await a safe reunion, we hope these photos, videos, music and recipes bring you the same joyful memories as they brought us.
